Steps to fully register your child for kindergarten.

2. Make an appointment with Peg Beisel, Central Registrar (484-927-5051) to complete the registration process.
Present this checklist and the required documents at the time of your appointment.
Required Documents
_____ Original Birth Certificate
_____ Record of Immunization (Shot record, baby book, etc.)
_____ Proof of Residency (one of the following)
• Copy of Deed
• Mortgage or Lease Papers
• Utility Bill
_____ Parent/Guardian Drivers License or Passport
_____ Student Records if Applicable (last report card, progress report, IEP, etc.)
_____ Custody Papers (if Applicable)
