School Wide Positive Behavior Support (SWPBIS)

A research-based initiative that implements behavioral support strategies through consistent modeling and practice, guided by data-based decision-making.

As a faculty and staff, we have created a school wide program for all students that explicitly teaches students expected school behaviors in every location at PAELC. Our CUBS rules outline four expected behaviors we expect all children to follow in order to ensure them a safe and enriching school experience.
