Kindergarten students in Mrs. D’Aloia’s, Mr. Holmes’ and Mrs. Rotonda’s classes concluded our pumpkin life cycle unit with a fun pumpkin investigation! We made predictions about whether the pumpkin would sink or float and how many seeds were inside the pumpkin. We also used cubes and paperclips to measure the pumpkin. The best part was getting to touch the pulp and the seeds!
